Spread the love

Mrs India 2017 Finalist Jyoti Rupaal

Ques 1 : What motivates you to get out of your bed in the morning ?
Ans 1 : I love the smell of possibility in the morning as each day is a new opportunity, another chance, a new beginning to work towards your life the way you want it.

Ques 2 : Your most memorable moment with Mrs India 2017.
Ans 2 : Most memorable moment will always be my crowning as “Second Runner Up Classic Mrs India North-2017” and the Sub Title “Mrs India 2017– Beauty With Heart” conferred on me.

Ques 3 : If you can swap the role of one person from family, who would that be and Why ?
Ans 3 : If I have to swap my role, I would choose to be my Mom. She is seriously a brave woman who raised her children, courageously facing challenges of life, after the demise of my father when I was just 3. No matter how stressed she used to be, she always had enough time to make sure everything was taken care of. My mother’s independence has always impressed me. She knows how to handle any and every situation. She was the one who helped me up and dusted off my ego, bandaged my heart and pulled me up to higher grounds. She has never failed in her role as a mother. She taught me so much and made me the woman I am today. A role model I want to live up to !

Ques 4 : What do you do when you are not working ?
Ans 4 : My leisure time offers great opportunity to catch up on listening to music, which helps me to de-stress. I practice Meditation as it helps strengthen the mind, intellect and body. I also enjoy reading, as it introduces me to new characters, new environment, new philosophies, new culture, new ideas and even helps build new skills.

Ques 5 : How would you describe yourself in one word ? Why ?
Ans 5 : A born “Go-Getter” – It’s in my DNA !!! I like to take each task head on, never give up despite challenges and perform par excellence. I look forward to even the smallest of accomplishments. I set a goal and follow through.

Ques 6 : Who inspires you and why ?
Ans 6 : The person who inspires me is my Bestie ‘Jas’. She has a way of making me feel important and worth something so much more. She is very strong and battled some difficult obstacles in life and not once did I see her go weak. She is so strong and brave and still so happy and that constantly inspires me. She is the most inspiring person I know, that I value in a friendship. She is a friend who would go on any adventure, amazing personality who gives so much back to the community. A very hard working soul who is concerned about others and who does kind things for them. She is one of the most generous people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting’ and no matter where life takes us, she will always be my inspiration.

Ques 7 : What is your favourite quote and Why ?
Ans 7 : “Someday everything will make perfect sense, So, for now, laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, And keep reminding yourself That everything happens for a reason.” This is my favourite quote. I can go back to everything that I have been through and there is a reason for everything that happened. I trust that God knows what he is doing and I have to accept it gracefully. God is painting our lives out on a
canvas and even though we look at it now in our trials and wonder why, we will stand in awe and understanding, when he has finished, and see how all of the confusion, good times, challenges and trials make perfect sense.

Ques 8 : What is your favourite outfit and Why ?
Ans 8 : The weather plays an important role in deciding my choice of outfit. Comfort is what matters the most to me. I like to dress in a simple, yet elegant way. However, a knee length cotton dress is my favourite. I find this summer dress light, comfortable and breezy for the hot weather. I love to team it up with an accessory like a cocktail ring or a neck piece which looks great with this simple dress.

Ques 9 : If you want to go on vacation, what would be your plan ?
Ans 9 : I love every part of this incredible India, but I would love to go to Arunachal Pradesh, “The land of Rising Sun” again and again. I feel this part of our country is the most pristine. A pollution free land of untouched beauty with a number of places of historical value, numerous beautiful natural lakes and waterfalls created by nature. The second largest monastery in the world, in Tawang, is simply awe inspiring and  majestic in its appearance and grandeur, offers the most spiritually refreshing experience. A place worth a vacation.

Ques 10 : what is your spiritual practice ?
Ans 10 : Besides the core practices like Meditation and Yoga, the most important spiritual practice for me is the urge inside me to serve people at a deeper level, making a big difference in their lives and helping the upliftment of humanity.
