  1. Mrs India 2019 Finalist 2018How you start your day?

Mrs India Finalist: I start my day with a glass of warm lemon water with honey. Then, I do a few stretches and kapalabhati which makes me feel energetic and be ready for the welcoming day.

  1. Your most memorable moment of the Year 2018?

Mrs India Finalist: Being an educationist, I love working with children and always wanted to have a heart child.  Hence, we had applied for adopting siblings in December 2017 but the process took a few months.  On 2nd Feb 2018, we received a message and email from CARA (Central Adoption Resource Authority) that our Homestudy is approved and we are officially on a listing in CARA. That was indeed a beautiful moment and I cherish this with immense happiness.

  1. What You would love to do in your free time?

Mrs India Finalist: I am passionate about my career. Hence, I utilize my free time engaging in research which will help flourish my preschool and promote renewable energy.

  1. What is Your Favourite Outfit?

Mrs India Finalist: My outfit depends on my mood and schedule after school hours as we wear uniform during weekdays. On casual outings, I prefer to wear a T shirt and  Jeans.

  1. What is your favourite Vacation destination, How would you plan it ?

Mrs India Finalist: My favourite Vacation destination is a majestic heavenly estate in Valparai which is situated in the Coimbatore district of Tamilnadu. It is 64 Kms away from Pollachi which passes through the mountains, dams, waterfalls, rainforest and picture perfect views of Tea estates.  This is a place I love to visit during winter season and makes me feel connected to the beautiful nature.

  1. If you can bring awareness about one Cause in the Society what that could be and Why?

Mrs India Finalist: Trained at the Renewable Energy Center Mithradham, Aluva, Kerala , which is the first fully solar educational institute in India, our company is on a green mission for making solar power as a dominant component of renewable energy, I am working on the cause of promoting solar photovoltaic solutions to convert homes, industries, commercial buildings to be a green power house. I am also on the way of partnering with innovation to help keep the environment safe, clean and one of the ways to preserve earth.

  1. What is Your Favourite Dish you love to relish anytime?

Mrs India Finalist: My all time favourite is mouth watering savoury Carrot Halwa and Godhi Laadu (wheat Laadu) prepared by my mom is always tempting and delicious.

  1. If you can eradicate one issue of the society what that could be?

Mrs India Finalist: Everytime I step out, I see young ones, youth and even our generation are hooked to their smart phones. Addiction to smart phones has led us to be dependent on technology and use less of our brain capacity. Technology have overpowered us with continuous innovation and leading to unhealthy life. I would definitely want to drive a campaign on being self aware and highlight the picture of negative effects of over using smart phone and the impact on brain and body.

  1. What is the Mantra of your Life?

Mrs India Finalist: When the going gets tough, the tough get going is a quote which I believe, has kept me moving forward despite the road blocks I have passed through. It has made me stronger and a confident person.

  1. One New thing that You want to learn

Mrs India Finalist: I have completed my Post graduation in Montessori from the “College of Birmingham” and run a Montessori preschool. But, this does not stop me from being intrigued by young ones. Hence, I am now pursuing a course in Child and Adolescent Psychology which will help in nurturing young children and benefit my school.
