Mrs India 2019 2018 Finalist

Mrs India 2018 Finalist

  1. How you start your day?

Mrs India Finalist: I start my day by doing the routine household chores, sending my kids to school and getting ready for work but amidst this hustle bustle of the morning I make sure to pray and do some exercise for my mental and physical fitness.

  1. Your most memorable moment of the Year 2018?

Mrs India Finalist:  One of the most memorable moment for me was during the grand finale when my name was announced as the winner of Classic Mrs India Rajasthan 2018. That moment has changed my life drastically and it feels as if I am living in a dream world. It has given me a plethora of new opportunities to explore.

  1. What you would love to do in your free time?

Mrs India Finalist: I would like to spend my free time with my chatter box kids. I am always amused to see how kids talk and express with such excitement, wit and originality. Spending time with them and listening to their stories fills the life with so much optimism and boundless joy.

  1. What is Your Favourite Outfit?

Mrs India Finalist: My favourite outfit is a timeless black dress with sophisticated shape and modern cut with understated accessories. It is a perfect choice for any occasion, be it a conference or glamorous night out

  1. What is your favourite Vacation destination, How would you plan it ?

Mrs India Finalist: My favourite destination is calm and quaint Puducherry. There is something mystical about that city which I like and I would love to  spend few days alone in the French colony. I would love to spend countless hours admiring the French Colonial architecture and practice my broken French in small cafes. The sea, the gentle breeze and the laid-back vibe of the city transports you immediately to erstwhile France. It is a special city and I can’t wait to go there again.

  1. If you can bring awareness about one Cause in the Society what that could be and Why?

Mrs India Finalist: Gender inequality in education is what I would like to spread awareness about. In India the number of young girls and women receiving basic education remains substantially low. Many girls do not even complete primary school.  Improving girls education, skills, opportunities and job prospects is still a great challenge and attention need to be paid for this cause for I believe that ‘educating a girl educates a nation’.

  1. What is Your Favourite Dish you love to relish anytime?

Mrs India Finalist: I have got a sweet tooth and I relish eating ice-cream and jalebis.

  1. If you can eradicate one issue of the society what that could be?

Mrs India Finalist: Though I would like to work on various issues affecting girls and women across the globe but if I had to choose only one issue of the society then it would be unequal access and inadequate educational  opportunities to  girls . Equality of access to and attainment of educational qualifications is necessary if more women are to become agents of change. Literacy of women is an important key to improving health, nutrition and education in the family and to empowering women to participate in decision-making in society.

  1. What is the Mantra of your Life?

Mrs India Finalist: My Mantra in life is ‘don’t stop until you are proud

  1. One New thing that You want to learn

Mrs India Finalist: I would want to learn to ride a bike. It gives me a sense of stepping out of my comfort zone and being tough.
